FIRM was jointly founded by the State Key Laboratory of Stem Cell and Reproductive Biology (SRLab), the Institute for Stem Cell and Regeneration (ISCR), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Ferring Pharmaceuticals, based on a long-term strategic collaboration agreement to work closely together on both basic research and translational R&D. The mission of FIRM is to promote the clinical translation of cutting edge biomedical research, and provide solutions for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of reproductive diseases. FIRM is committed to improve scientific research through the discovery of novel therapeutic mechanisms and strategies for unmet needs in reproductive medicine and maternal health.
