I got my bachelor degree at Beijing Normal University, and a Ph.D degree at Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and continue my research in this institute as assistant professor and now associate professor. My research interest is focusing on the molecular/biomechanical mechanism to control intrauterine embryo localization, embryo implantation and pregnancy success. I also developed a keen interest in studying a novel class of tRNA-derived small RNA (tsRNAs) and their associated RNA modifications, and is currently focusing on their functions in mediating uterine-embryo communications as well as their involvement in regulating environment-induced epigenetic inheritance.
